Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, while clean and nicely scented, didn't quite match the glamorous look in the website photos, and there were issues with payment. However, the staff's friendliness made up for the inconvenience of checking in early because of a late flight to Manila.
The hotel rooms had good energy but lacked soundproofing, making it challenging to sleep due to outside noise. It was spacious but a bit small for a family of 4. The service was excellent, over the top friendly, and accommodating during late check-ins and payment facilitation. The location is great for business in Makati but struggles to accommodate guests during peak seasons like New Year's Eve. The dining experience was subpar with cold varieties and small bathrooms.
The hotel had a couple of drawbacks, like the strong smell in the smoking room and lack of preference in the bedroom setup. On the bright side, the hotel offers excellent views compared to other places I've stayed at.
The hotel has a nice view of Makati, but the rooms felt small for a 4-star hotel. The service was friendly and accommodating. The location is great for shopping and dining, but there were some issues with leaks and elevator maintenance. The dining experience was below expectations in terms of organization and food quality.
The hotel may not offer the best value for money with small rooms compared to cheaper options in the area. The pool closes early, even on the 20th floor. Despite these downsides, the location is ideal, surrounded by convenience stores, malls, and restaurants. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff, although improvements in training might be needed. The dining experience was average, and it's worth noting that breakfast was not included with the reservation. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and room for enhancement.
Despite some drawbacks like an old and small room, the hotel offered spacious accommodations with a variety of amenities. The service was courteous, especially with Allan and Kevin at the door, and the location, while needing maintenance attention, was near conveniences like restaurants and coffee shops. The dining experience had its flaws but was generally satisfactory.
